Secretary Report:
1. Report read and accepted
Treasurers Report:
1. Savings $ x ; Checking $ x ; Scudder Fund gained $ x last quarter 3/31/2010 - $ x . Discussed letter from Diane at Monson Savings stating that on-line checking account has been inactive,
2. Fish-offs roster due on July 20th, clubs to give names and head count of people that are going. Approximate cost is $ 150.00 per person.
3. Treasurers report accepted
Fed Report:
1. Discussed Barton Cove kids tournament July 17, 2010; volunteers to date are Rob Lowe, Scott LeBlanc, Steve K, Chris Martins. If anybody else would like to help, please let us know.
2. Federal report read and accepted..
Old New Business:
1. Confirmed Banquet 6 PM May 8, 2010 Wilbraham Country Club. Rob Lowe put in for the trophies and they are in his possession. Price is $23 a person. Please bring your money to the banquet.
2. All members have paid their dues – 25 members in club (18 boaters, 7 – non-boaters).
3. Mistake in rules discussed – no courtesy measure.
4. Discussed a few flaws in the rules; decided to review and improve rules. A motion was put in place and accepted to put a rules committee together.

6. Scott Leblanc came up with idea for a non-boater challenge. Each non-boater (7 in all) puts $5.00 in the kitty per tournament and the highest scoring non-boater wins the money at the end of the season. To date, five non-boaters have put in at Manchaug – need to confirm names – at this meeting the last two members that did not put in money need to either pay for Manchaug or they will not be included in the challenge. Non-boaters can pay in full for the season or pay as you go. See Scott Leblanc for details.
7. In case of a tie in points at the end of the season, it was voted that the five tournament scores that you keep the total weights from those tournaments will be used to break the tie. Highest total weight will win
8. Night Tournament date and lake has been chosen.
9. Night tourney money to date from 50/50 is $188.00. This money will be used to supplement the entry fees. Keep buying those tickets.
