Meeting started at 7:37pm *members present
Fed Report was about the state tournament being changed to Ticonderoga on
The fed report was then accepted
Treasurer's report:
Treasures Report was given and accepted
Secretary's report:
Secretary Report was given and accepted
New Business:
It was discussed possibly making some changes to our club because we are a operating at a significant deficit.
One suggestion was that any new members that join our club would be required to bring in with them a nonboater or allow one to be assigned to them.
Another suggestion was to charge an extra fee, aproximately 50.00 or so, to all of the boaters that choose fish alone and do not wish to allow non boaters on their boats to help offset the dues the club cannot collect from nonboaters that cannot join as a result.
A third suggestion was to run a mandatory 80.00 entry fundraising tournament to help offset the losses.
A vote by proxy (mailed letters) to see what everyone thinks about was decided as the best method of deciding what is best.
