Monthly Meeting Minutes
October 14th 2008
Meeting was called to order at 7:42pm

President's Report:
Reviewed the minutes from September.
Treasurer's Report:
Report was read and accepted
Secretaries Report:
No Report, Chris M. out of town on business.
Federation Report:
Fed dues due November meeting $45.00
Old and New Business:
8 man TOC is at Quaboag Nov 2nd
Entry fee will be $50 per person. Payouts will be made at Banquet.
Payout was tenetively set at 400.00, 150.00, and 50.00
Dates for next year tournaments were picked as follows:
April 12, May 24, June 7, July 12, Aug. 9, Sept.13, Oct. 11
May 24th tournament has been changed to Ct River
Monomonac is catch and release only in May and June.
Mass Bass pushed our Oct 4th date back to the 11th due to
conflict with their TOC.
Our awards dinner will be held this year Nov. 15
at Tony's and Penny's in
Dinner will be buffet style.
Pork alentejana, Chicken Francaise, and Roast beef in mushroom gravy.
14.95 Per person plus tax, gratuity and beverages.
Awards will be ordered. (Have been 10/21/08)
Discussed rule change on end of year tiebreaker.
We changed it to total weight for the year.
